Trust Wallet has announced the addition of SPCXB, a tokenized security that offers users economic exposure to SpaceX stock directly on the BNB Smart Chain. The listing allows self-custody wallet users to access the asset around the clock without relying on traditional brokerage accounts.
According to the announcement, SPCXB is part of the bStocks ecosystem and is here to mirror the economic performance of SpaceX, including share price movements, dividends, and corporate actions. The token is a standard BEP-20 asset, enabling 24/7 trading while remaining compatible with decentralized finance infrastructure on BNB Chain.
Trust Wallet stated that SPCXB is by the corresponding underlying equity held through the bStocks structure. Corporate events such as dividends and stock-related adjustments are processed automatically on-chain, with token holders seeing their balances updated accordingly.
The wallet provider highlighted that SpaceX completed its public listing on June 12, 2026, describing it as the largest initial public offering in history. On the same day, tokenized exposure to the company became available through SPCXB, giving blockchain users an alternative way to gain exposure to the stock market.
Trust Wallet said that tokenized securities address limitations associated with traditional equities, including restricted market hours, brokerage requirements, and settlement delays. By operating on blockchain infrastructure, SPCXB can be available continuously and settled almost instantly while remaining under the control of the holder through a self-custody wallet.
The company added that the listing aligns with its broader vision of expanding self-custody beyond cryptocurrencies to include tokenized real-world assets. It described the arrival of SPCXB as another step toward integrating conventional financial instruments into blockchain ecosystems and indicated that additional tokenized assets could follow in the future.
The announcement reflects the growing interest in tokenized securities, a sector that aims to bridge traditional capital markets with blockchain technology by offering digital representations of publicly traded assets while leveraging the accessibility and continuous availability of decentralized networks.
While Trust Wallet can be advantageous for those using Binance or seeking simplicity in storage, it may not be the ideal choice for those frequently transferring assets between hot and cold storage. In such cases, exploring wallets with advanced conversion options could provide a more suitable solution, offering greater flexibility and functionality to meet your needs.
